About the Workshop
Host Institution: Central Bureau of Statistics, Nepal
The workshop is intended for researchers who are new or relatively new to NTA. The focus is on learning the basic technical aspects of NTA and constructing NTA for a single year. This workshop will also review existing knowledge about demographic dividends, including what is known about the channel of influence from population change to economic growth, and helps participants develop and apply research protocol for studying the links between population and economic change more broadly.
